Appointments to games for the upcoming weekend will be made the Wednesday (8pm) before, and published on Thursday. It will be assumed that you are available for appointment for the upcoming weekend.

It is up to you to notify Glenn Payne on 0411 046625 if you will not be available for a particular weekend – this will need to be done before the Wednesday (6pm)
